When setting up a signing, you can use our online form (under the Signing Request tab) or make it real simple and just email us the borrowers name, address, phone #'s. type of loan and if the time is set or if we are to set it. We will send you confirmation within 15 minutes in most cases. We have every print utility for edocs and convert docs to PDF, so that our notaries never have issues downloading and printing edocs. We will adapt to any and all your needs. We are here to make things as easy as possible for you.

Our notaries prior to notary enrollment, each applicant is screened and required to undergo an extensive background check to include. but not limited to: relevant experience (banking, lending, finance. mortgage, etc.), license numbers, bond information, E&O insurance, state qualification, as well as many other administrative areas of concern. The majority of our notaries are endorsed by major notary associations such as: The National Notary Association©, National Association of Signing Agents©, Notary Rotary© and 123Notary©. It is only through this process that a notary public can become a notary of U.S. Certified Signers.
